Quality Assurance

Our experience building quality IT solutions forms the basis for our IQA processes. Our IQA team reviews and controls our development efforts, as well as making them available to clients for third party development support.

As the adage says “you can have it good or Tuesday”. Too often projects get caught between the triple constraints of Budget, Schedule and Functionality. One of our mentors used to say that if the client holds two of those (say time and budget) the development team gets to hold the third (sometimes without telling anyone). Our experience across the whole spectrum of development activities, from scoping to project delivery makes us acutely sensitive to the needs of project QA and remediation.

Our services include:

  • Risk Management – to identify potential pitfalls and approaches to managing them throughout the project.
  • Project Remediation - typically a one day engagement where we interview key stakeholders, review artifacts, and examine deliverables to help the project team re-energize and re-align expectations.
  • Stage-gate management - assist in go/no go decisions and deliverable management.
  • Document review.
  • Facilitated lessons learned.
